How often should I service my aircond in Malaysia?
For most homes and offices in Malaysia, a general aircond cleaning every 3 to 4 months is ideal — the humidity and dust build up fast on the coils. A full chemical wash is worth doing every 12 to 18 months, depending on how heavily the unit is used.
What’s the difference between general cleaning and chemical wash?
A general cleaning refreshes the filter, cover and accessible surfaces to remove surface dust. A chemical wash is a deeper service — the indoor unit is opened up, the coils and blower are washed with a coil-safe solution, then rinsed and reassembled. It clears mould, slime and odour a normal clean can’t reach.
Do you service all air conditioner brands?
Yes. Our technicians service every major brand sold in Malaysia — Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, York, LG, Samsung, Hitachi, Sharp, Acson and more. Wall-mount, ceiling cassette and split systems are all covered.
Why is my aircond not cold?
Common reasons include dirty filters, low refrigerant gas, poor airflow or parts that need inspection. We check the unit first and explain whether a clean, top-up or repair is the right fix before any work begins.
Why is my aircond leaking water?
Water leaks are usually caused by a blocked drainage pipe, a dirty drip tray or a unit that needs cleaning. Clearing the drainage and cleaning the unit usually stops the dripping.
Do you offer same-day aircond service?
Yes — same-day appointments are available across most of Malaysia when you message us early in the day. For weekends and public holidays, booking a day ahead gives you the widest choice of time slots.
Do you service offices, shops and commercial spaces?
Yes. We work with homes and condos as well as offices, retail shops, restaurants and other commercial spaces, and can schedule around your business hours where needed.
What’s the difference between aircond cleaning and overhaul?
A standard clean refreshes the filters, cover and accessible surfaces. An overhaul is a more detailed service where the unit is opened up for deeper cleaning, inspection and internal care — useful for older units or ones that haven’t been serviced in a while.
When do I need a gas top-up?
If cooling has gradually weakened and a clean hasn’t helped, the refrigerant level may be low. We check the gas pressure first and top up only when the readings show it’s actually needed.
Will the aircond work make a mess in my home?
No. Our technicians lay protective sheets and use a drainage bag under the indoor unit to catch water and dirt. We pack out everything we bring in and leave the space tidy.
