What’s Involved In A Chemical Wash
Each unit is taken apart and deep cleaned, with protective sheets and a drainage bag laid down first.
Dismantle Indoor Unit
The cover, fan and key parts are carefully removed so the coil and blower can be reached and soaked properly.
Coil Chemical Soak
The cooling coil and fins are treated with cleaning chemicals that dissolve the baked-on grime a wipe can’t reach.
Blower Deep Clean
The blower wheel is taken out and scrubbed clear of caked grime so air moves strongly and quietly again.
Drainage Flush
The drainage line and tray are flushed through to clear the slime and standing water that cause leaks and smells.
Mould & Odour Removal
The damp, mouldy layer trapped deep in the unit is washed out so the air comes out clean and fresh.
Reassemble & Test
Everything is rinsed, dried and put back together, then switched on and checked to confirm strong, clean cooling.
